These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ElecCalc ("the App"), developed by Osman Seven. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

ElecCalc is an electrical engineering calculator app for educational and professional reference purposes. The calculations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for critical engineering decisions. Always verify results with professional standards and qualified engineers.

2. Subscriptions

ElecCalc offers auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:

• Monthly Plan: $2.99/month
• Yearly Plan: $19.99/year

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Free Trial

ElecCalc may offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period ends, you will need an active subscription to access premium features.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the intellectual property of Osman Seven. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osman Seven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
