By downloading and using Untwist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Nature of the App

Untwist is a self-help and wellness tool based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles. It is designed to help users recognize common thinking patterns and develop healthier perspectives.

Untwist is NOT:

• A medical device
• A substitute for professional therapy or counseling
• A diagnostic tool
• A crisis intervention service

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or call your local emergency services immediately.

Subscriptions

Untwist offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans to unlock premium features:

• Monthly Plan: $4.99/month
• Yearly Plan: $39.99/year

Both plans include a 3-day free trial. Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices may vary by region. The actual price will be displayed in the app before purchase.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the app and any decisions you make based on the information it provides. The thought trap suggestions are educational and should not be treated as professional assessments.

Data Ownership

All data you create in the app belongs to you. We do not access, collect, or store any of your data. You can delete all data at any time from within the app.

Limitation of Liability

Untwist is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to decisions made based on the app's educational content.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the app are the intellectual property of Osman Seven. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app.

Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
