Kullanım Koşulları & Abonelik Şartları
Çeyizim ("uygulama") uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu metin Türkçe ve İngilizce sürümleri eşit hükümde içerir.
1. Hizmet Tanımı / Service
TR: Çeyizim, çeyiz koordinasyon listesi tutmak, aile üyeleriyle paylaşmak ve bütçe takibi yapmak amacıyla sunulan bir iOS uygulamasıdır.
EN: Çeyizim is an iOS application for keeping a trousseau / wedding shopping coordination list, sharing it with family, and tracking budget.
2. Lisans / License
TR: Apple Standart EULA hükümleri geçerlidir: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Sana, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için iPhone'unda uygulamayı kurma ve kullanma hakkı veriliyor.
EN: Apple's Standard EULA applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Abonelik (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

- Ömür Boyu Premium: ₺249,99 / USD 24.99 (tek seferlik satın alma, otomatik yenileme yok)
- Fiyatlandırma: Bölgenize göre Apple App Store'da gösterilen yerel fiyat geçerlidir.
- Ödeme: Onaylandığı anda Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik yenileme: Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz takdirde aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. Ömür Boyu Premium tek seferlik satın almadır ve otomatik yenilenmez.
- İptal: Abonelik iTunes/Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarından dilediğiniz zaman yönetilebilir veya iptal edilebilir. Mevcut dönem sonuna kadar Premium özellikler aktif kalır.
- İade: Mevcut bir aboneliğin kullanılmamış kısmının ücreti, satın alındıktan sonra geri ödenmez.
- Premium kapsamı: Aileyle paylaşım, sınırsız fotoğraf, gelişmiş bütçe ve aktivite akışı.

- Pricing: Local price as shown by the Apple App Store in your region applies.
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the same length and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel via your Apple ID account settings. Premium features remain active until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Any unused portion of a paid subscription is not refundable after purchase.
- Premium scope: Family sharing, unlimited photos, advanced budget, and the activity feed.
4. Sorumluluk Reddi / Disclaimer
TR: Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Veri bütünlüğü için elimizden geleni yapsak da bilgilerinin yedeğini almanı tavsiye ederiz. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat) kesintilerinden sorumlu değiliz.
EN: The app is provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to preserve data integrity, you are encouraged to keep your own backup. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat).
5. Kullanıcı İçeriği / User Content
TR: Yüklediğin liste, fotoğraf ve notlar sana aittir. Bizim yalnızca uygulamayı çalıştırmak için ihtiyaç duyduğumuz kadar erişimimiz vardır.
TR: Hesap açmadan kullandığında içeriklerin yalnızca cihazında saklanabilir ve bulut yedeği olmayabilir. Bulut yedekleme veya aile paylaşımı için Apple ile giriş gerekir.
EN: Your lists, photos, and notes belong to you. We access them only as needed to operate the app.
EN: If you use the app without an account, your content may be stored only on your device and may not have a cloud backup. Sign in with Apple is required for cloud backup or family sharing.
6. Yasaklı Kullanım / Prohibited Use
TR: Yasadışı içerik yükleme, başkalarının verilerini izinsiz toplama veya hizmeti kötüye kullanma yasaktır. Bu durumlarda hesabını askıya alma hakkımız vardır.
EN: Uploading illegal content, collecting others' data without consent, or abusing the service is prohibited. We may suspend accounts for such activity.
7. Değişiklikler / Changes
TR: Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile bilgi vereceğiz.
EN: We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or via email.
8. Uygulanacak Hukuk / Governing Law
TR: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları uygulanır. AB tüketicileri kendi ülkelerinin tüketici koruma haklarından yararlanır.
EN: The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. EU consumers retain their statutory consumer protection rights under the law of their country of residence.
