How do I restore my subscription?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.

Where is my data stored?

Most Kinna data is stored locally on your device. Subscription transaction status is additionally processed by Apple and RevenueCat so the app can determine your premium access. If you uninstall the app, locally stored Kinna data is removed from your device.

Is the vaccination schedule accurate?

The vaccination schedule is based on the T.C. Ministry of Health Childhood Vaccination Program and is calculated from your baby's date of birth. These are approximate dates — always confirm with your pediatrician.

Can I use the app for more than one child?

The current version of Kinna is designed for tracking one child. Multi-child support is planned for a future update.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, go to Subscriptions, find Kinna, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

The app shows milestones that don't match my baby's development.

Every child develops at their own pace. The milestones in Kinna are based on general WHO and CDC guidelines and represent typical age ranges, not strict deadlines. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult your pediatrician.

If you believe your child needs urgent medical attention, call 112 (Turkey) or your local emergency services immediately. Kinna is not a substitute for professional medical care.
