Privacy Policy
Ödeme Takvimi (the "app") treats privacy as a core design principle, not a feature. This document explains what data is processed and how, in line with Apple App Privacy and Turkey's KVKK requirements. In short: the financial data you enter stays on your device and (if enabled) in your personal iCloud; it is never sent to us. Only limited purchase data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions (see section 3 below).
1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
We do not transfer any personal data to our servers or to third parties. The app requires no account; it does not ask for registration, email, or phone number.
Data stored on your device
- The payment records you enter: card statement amounts, installments, loans, bills, subscriptions, and paid markers
- App preferences (such as reminder settings)
This data is kept in your device's local storage; if iCloud Drive is enabled, the same file is also backed up to your personal iCloud space so you don't lose your data when changing devices. That backup belongs to your Apple account — no one, including the developer, can access it. If iCloud is off, the app keeps working on-device only. It also works without an internet connection.
No bank connection
The app does not connect to your bank account, does not read your SMS messages, and does not ask for your card number. It only stores identifiers you voluntarily enter (such as the last 4 digits) on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your personal backup.
3. Purchases
Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. We have no access to your payment card information. To manage and verify subscription status, we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat processes limited data such as purchase history, an anonymous app user ID, and device/OS information. This data is not used for advertising tracking and is not linked to your identity. RevenueCat privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. Notifications
Payment reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push notification server is used; notification content never leaves your device. If you do not grant notification permission, the app will not schedule reminders.
5. Analytics and Tracking
- There is no advertising or advertising identifier (IDFA) tracking.
- There is no marketing/advertising analytics SDK.
- Data processed by RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure is described in section 3; it is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising tracking.
- Apple's optional, anonymous app analytics is processed by Apple only if you have allowed it in iOS settings.

- Apple (App Store, iCloud): purchase processing and the optional personal iCloud backup.
- RevenueCat: subscription status management (section 3) — privacy policy.
6. Deleting Your Data
You can permanently delete all your data from within the app via Settings → Reset all data. Removing the app also deletes all app data on the device. Since we do not hold your data, no separate deletion request is needed.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children; in fact, it does not collect data from any user.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the effective date is updated.
