1. Hizmet Tanımı / Service
TR: Ödeme Takvimi; kredi kartı ekstrelerini, taksitleri, kredileri, faturaları ve abonelikleri tek bir takvimde toplayan, hatırlatma kuran ve önümüzdeki ayların ödeme yükünü gösteren bir iOS uygulamasıdır. Banka hesabına bağlanmaz, hesap açmaz.
EN: Ödeme Takvimi is an iOS application that brings credit card statements, installments, loans, bills, and subscriptions into a single calendar, schedules reminders, and shows your payment load for upcoming months. It does not connect to bank accounts and does not require an account.
2. Lisans / License
TR: Apple Standart EULA hükümleri geçerlidir: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Sana, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için iPhone'unda uygulamayı kurma ve kullanma hakkı verilir.
EN: Apple's Standard EULA applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your iPhone for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Abonelik (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

- Ömür Boyu Premium: ₺699,99 / USD 39.99 (tek seferlik satın alma, otomatik yenileme yok)
- Fiyatlandırma: Bölgenize göre Apple App Store'da gösterilen yerel fiyat geçerlidir.
- Ödeme: Satın alma onaylandığı anda Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik yenileme: Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz takdirde aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. Ömür Boyu Premium tek seferlik satın almadır ve otomatik yenilenmez.
- İptal: Abonelik iTunes/Apple Kimliği hesap ayarlarından dilediğiniz zaman yönetilebilir veya iptal edilebilir. Mevcut dönem sonuna kadar Premium özellikler aktif kalır.
- İade: Mevcut bir aboneliğin kullanılmamış kısmının ücreti, satın alındıktan sonra geri ödenmez.
- Premium kapsamı: 12 aylık öngörü (ücretsiz sürümde 6 ay). Çekirdek özellikler (sınırsız kayıt, takvim, hatırlatmalar) ücretsizdir.
- Deneme süresi yoktur.

- Lifetime Premium: USD 39.99 / TRY 699.99 (one-time purchase, no auto-renewal)
- Pricing: Local price as shown by the Apple App Store in your region applies.
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the same length and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel via your Apple ID account settings. Premium features remain active until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Any unused portion of a paid subscription is not refundable after purchase.
- Premium scope: The 12-month forecast (6 months in the free version). Core features (unlimited entries, calendar, reminders) are free.
- No free trial.
4. Sorumluluk Reddi / Disclaimer
TR: Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Veri bütünlüğü için elimizden geleni yapsak da bilgilerinin yedeğini almanı tavsiye ederiz. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Apple App Store, iCloud, abonelik altyapısı için RevenueCat) kesintilerinden sorumlu değiliz.
EN: The app is provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to preserve data integrity, you are encouraged to keep your own backup. We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (Apple App Store, iCloud, and RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure).
5. Verileriniz / Your Data
TR: Girdiğiniz tüm veriler cihazınızda saklanır; iCloud açıksa yalnızca sizin kişisel iCloud alanınıza yedeklenir. Hesap, sunucu veya banka bağlantısı yoktur. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası.
EN: All data you enter is stored on your device; if iCloud is on, it is backed up only to your personal iCloud space. There is no account, server, or bank connection. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Değişiklikler / Changes
TR: Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.
EN: We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, the updated version is published on this page and the effective date is updated.
7. Uygulanacak Hukuk / Governing Law
TR: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları uygulanır. AB tüketicileri kendi ülkelerinin tüketici koruma haklarından yararlanır.
EN: The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. EU consumers retain their statutory consumer protection rights under the law of their country of residence.
