- Can I use the app without an account?
- Yes. Çeyizim starts without sign-up — explore the ready list, mark items, use the dashboard. Sign in only when you want to back up or share with family.
- What sign-in methods do you support?
- Sign in with Apple.
- What does Premium unlock?
- Family sharing (invite link, role assignment, activity feed), unlimited photos, advanced budget. Core list, status tracking, and dashboard stay free.
- How much is Premium?
- USD 2.99 / month, USD 19.99 / year (about USD 1.67/month annual). Auto-renews; you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Çeyizim Premium → Cancel. Premium features stay available until the current period ends.
- How do I invite a family member?
- On the Family tab, tap "Invite". You'll get a shareable link. Whoever taps it joins your list with the role you chose. Premium feature.
- Will I lose my data?
- No. Without an account, data lives locally on your iPhone; once signed in, it's backed up to the cloud. Switch devices and your list comes with you.
- Where are my photos stored?
- Compressed to under 1 MB and uploaded to Firebase Storage (Google cloud). Only you and your family members can access them. Details: Privacy Policy.
- Are there ads?
- No. No ad SDK is included; we will never add one. Your trousseau list is personal data.
- How do I delete my account?
- Profile → Settings → Delete Account. After confirmation, all your cloud data is removed within 30 days. If you only want to sign out, choose "Sign Out" — your data is preserved.
- Can I export my data?
- v1.1 will add PDF/Excel export. Until then, email us and we'll send a manual export.
- My photos won't upload / upload slowly.
- First, check your internet connection. Try switching to Wi-Fi. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
- Are other languages supported beyond Turkish and English?
- Not yet. We may add German, Arabic, etc. depending on demand.
- Can I change my wedding date?
- Yes. Profile → Wedding Date can be updated anytime.
- How do I send feedback?
